NO WAY! Very unprofessional. I work as turistic consultant since 20 years.I booked the Orchidea room an they confirmed that room via e-mail to me. When I got there, they tryied to give another room because Orchidea was already busy. An unfriendly old lady even told me that all rooms were the same. I even discover that the balcony view is even on the parking place.I got away immediately. Mai Più! Lavoro nel settore del turismo da 20 anni. Ho prenotato la stanza Orchidea e mi era stata confermata via e-mail. Quando sono arrivato la stanza Orchidea era occupata e una Signora anziana per niente amichevole ha cercato di rifilarmene un'altra dicendomi che tutte le stanze sono uguali. Mi chiedo perchè il sito le presenta una ad una, perchè non sono tutte uguali. Inoltre ho scoperto che la vista dalle terrazze dà direttamente sul parcheggio con le macchine davanti. Me ne sono andato.
