Really bad restaurant, although it was suggested in many travel guides (including Michelin Guide). My partner and I went there for dinner. We arrived at around 8.30 PM. After I opened the door and went in, the waiter, without greeting me, stared at me (I am Asian) first. Then when he saw my partner (Italian), he greeted us. That was racist. Facilities wise, the restaurant toilet was dirty and smelly. There was only one toilet shared by gentlemen and ladies in this restaurant which could accommodate about 50 guests. No toilet paper was provided and the toilet seat wabbled. Food wise, the food was not fresh, not properly seasoned and inappropriately prepared. My partner ordered something traditional from Bologna on the menu - but it was unavailable. The first course I ordered was Spaghetti alla Norma (a Sicillian dish). There was no single aubergine in that dish. The second course I ordered was mixed oven baked vegetables - the vegetables were not fresh, the topping (bread crumb) was old and oily, and they overheated the dish in the microwave. My partner ordered a pork steak for the second course which was as hard and stringy as leather. When we complained about the food, the waiter looked irritated and upset - very unfriendly. He did not apologise or discount the (low quality) food they provided. We did not dare to order desert because of the poor quality of their first and second courses. Altogether we paid 51.50 EUR for this awful dinner (including half-litre house red and a bottle of water) and poor service. I did not know how this restaurant ended up in Michelin guide. But I am afraid that I will not trust any Michelin Guide Sticker on any restaurant ever again.
